RETURN POLICY

We want you to be entirely happy with your Roderick Vere product and as such guarantee to repair, replace or refund any unsuitable item if notified within 30 days of your original order either by email or through this website’s contact page. For repairs/replacements we aim to get the item back to you within 7 working days of receiving it. If it’s a refund you’re after, then the original item must be returned in an unworn, saleable condition with tickets still attached where applicable. You will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid. In all cases, please notify us of the date you posted the item(s) back to us. (Please note that we cannot refund or replace items until we have received them so it’s worth sending them by Royal Mail’s special delivery service. We do not cover the cost of returning items to us, but we will cover the cost of sending them back out to you.)

ACCURACY

We try to be as accurate as possible and give you as much information as we can within each item description, however, as the majority of our products are either completely unique or contain a hand-made element, some product variations may occur. If you need more information or specifics about the product you’re interested in, please email us or send us a message via the contact page and we’ll talk you through them.


COLOURS

Again we try to be as accurate as possible with our product photography, but every computer’s monitor will display colour slightly differently and as such may not reflect the colour of the product on delivery.


AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. Stock levels are monitored on a daily basis however, should an item become out of stock after you’ve placed your order, we will refund you within 7 working days or notify you of the next available delivery date. Certain products are available on backorder and are specified as such in the item description.

EMAIL NEWSLETTER

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an Electronic Marketing Service (EMS) provider. An EMS is a third-party service provider of software/applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users. Our EMS provider is 'Mailchimp' and we use them to hold the following information about you:

  • Email address

  • I.P address

  • Subscription time & date

Any email marketing messages we send to you through Mailchimp are done so in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. Any and all of our marketing messages will include instructions on how to unsubscribe and/or manage your preferences/the information we hold about you.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons/tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.

No personal details are passed on to third parties nor shared with companies/people outside of Roderick Vere. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website/Roderick Vere's email newsletter program.
